We absolutely loved everything about this hotel! When our flight got cancelled while we were at the airport, we made the split decision to drive the 13 hour trip. We called the hotel to let them know what had happened, and that we would be arriving later than anticipated. Upon our exhausting arrival through the night, the very kind women at the front desk was empathetic to our situation, and made sure our check in went smoothly. I wish I had caught her name, because she deserve many kudos! Our room was clean and comfortable, the views were gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the shuttle to Magic Kingdom was worth every penny. We will be staying here again, and we will be telling our friends as well.

Third time staying here’s for me and I loved it. The room was nice, especially having a balcony! Mirror lighting over sink is so flattered- i need that installed in my home haha ! We love the lazy river and pool area- so chill! Music and DJ are fun. Shades is one of our favorite restaurants- the Wayfarer is the BEST! Staff are always super nice everywhere. Sal and Mario at the bar are funny and seem to enjoy their job thoroughly! The walk to the (overcrowded) Disney Springs is short and convenient. Housekeeping and Maintenance staff are attentive and responsive when needed. We met some great people at the pool this year.

our initial check-in was underwhelming, travelled far for disney and expected a little more fluff, however after complaining about our room (smelled musty, was on completely end of the hotel far from any existence, broken lamp, hardly a balcony if you could call it that) it was fixed right away and we were put in a new tower next to the pool with an actual balcony - loads more atmosphere. it really felt like we were in no-man’s-land - tip ask for island tower! more updated and right next to disney shuttle pick up / drop off! food was awesome at shades at the pool, great staff and atmosphere!

I Liked Everything About This Hotel, I Am From Polk County And Always Visit Orlando At Least Twice A Month And I’ve Never Known About The Disney Springs Area Until I Stayed At Hilton Resort, I Loved That This Resort Was So Calm & Quiet & Pool Was Very Relaxing, I Had The Best View, I Felt Like I Was Out Of The Country With My Passport, Thanks A lot For The Experience, My Daughter Had A Great Birthday At Hilton Resort 🙏🏾

The pool was a nice touch. Balcony has a great view. pro tip: stop by the front desk for your tiny tube of sunscreen. It's complementary. The booth in front of the pool area as you cross the bridge is not. Expect $20 to $40 a bottle for it. At that point the decision to go back to the 3rd floor reception desk or pay the highway man is a hard choice to make.
